Terms of Service

1. Who we are

ManRatings ("we", "us") is a private, human-led aesthetic evaluation service operated by Kyrsoft Studios s.r.o. By ordering an evaluation you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use ManRatings. You may only submit photographs of yourself. Submitting images of any other person, or of any minor, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and, where required, referral to the competent authorities.

3. What the service is

You purchase a subjective opinion. Our reviewers provide personal aesthetic impressions expressed as scores and written commentary. An evaluation is:

• not medical, psychological, urological or diagnostic advice;
• not a professional assessment of health, function or fertility;
• not an objective or scientific measurement of any kind.

If you have any health concern, consult a qualified physician. Never rely on an evaluation as a reason to delay medical care.

4. Your submissions

You confirm that you own or control all rights to the images you upload, and you grant us a limited licence to display them to the assigned reviewer(s) and our internal quality-control staff for the sole purpose of producing your report. We do not publish, sell, license or repurpose your images. Uploaded images are permanently deleted after your report is delivered.

5. Delivery

Stated turnaround times (24 hours for a single reviewer, up to 48 hours for a panel) are targets, not guarantees. If an order cannot be completed — for example because the images are unusable — we will request a re-upload or refund you in full.

6. Prohibited use

• Uploading images of another person, or any content involving a minor.
• Attempting to identify, contact, harass or solicit a reviewer.
• Redistributing, publishing or reselling any part of a reviewer's report, audio or video.
• Automated access, scraping or interference with the service.

7. Report access

Reports are accessible through a private link and access PIN for 30 days from delivery, after which they are permanently deleted. Download your PDF if you wish to keep it.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for any emotional, reputational or consequential harm arising from a subjective opinion you chose to purchase.

9. Changes and contact
